By The Sea
We have many properties in the area we call "By The Sea".
The sea front at the nearest point is approximately 200 metres from here, and the town centre is approximately 400 metres away.
This is the traditional holiday area of the town with many
hotels, guest houses and holiday properties.
Close by the marina is being created from the former dock, and although we
no longer have visiting ships there is still a busy fishing fleet. With sailing
schools, ferrys and pleasure boats this is the most "seaside"
area of the town.
There are local shops including a convenience store, a newsagents, a hairdresser and a Post Office. There are also a couple of public houses near by.
