Edge of Town
We have a selection of properties in the area we call "Edge of Town".
The sea front is approximately a mile and a half from here, and the town centre is approximately a mile away.
These properties are situated in the residential suburbs of the town, and are generally houses and bungalows rather than flats.
There are local shops including convenience stores, newsagents, Post Offices and public houses in the area. The distances from properties to these amenities varies, and for some driving would be more appropriate than walking.
