If travelling via M5, leave motorway at junction 30.
If travelling via A30, follow the road to edge of Exeter
where it will join up with the M5 for the last mile, then leave at junction
30.

Follow signs for Exmouth.
On brow of hill at edge of town, see car sales on left
and petrol station on right.
Beware speed camera 200 metres down other side of hill
on left.
Proceed 1 mile to traffic lights, pass through in right
hand lane.
At pedestrian crossing you are now on Marine Way, see
football ground and then car park and estuary on right hand side.
At roundabout take second (right) exit into Imperial
Road, see another car park on right.
At next roundabout, take first (left) exit, still Imperial
Road. Proceed past Victoria and St Andrews Roads to Tee junction.
Turn right into Alexandra Terrace and see the sea in
front of you.
At junction bear left and turn left along seafront
with the sea on your right.
See on your left Imperial Hotel, Elizabeth Hall, Deer
Leap Pub, Channel View Café, Pavillion Theatre.
At roundabout take first (left) exit and turn up Carlton
Hill.
Take first left turn into Louisa Terrace.
